Sizing details

All our items are handcrafted from natural marble, which means that slight variations in size may occur. While we carefully measure each piece before shipping, please allow for a tolerance of approximately ±5-10 mm.

These small differences are a natural result of handcrafting and are generally not noticeable to the eye or in daily use. Each sink, tile, or accessory is finished with attention to balance and proportion, ensuring it will look and function as intended.

Because these variations are part of the handmade process, they are not considered defects and cannot be a reason for return. If you need a very specific dimension for installation, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise you on the best option.

How should I clean my marble product?
Use only mild soap, a soft cloth, and warm water. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners (like vinegar, lemon, bleach, or scouring pads) as they may damage the stone’s surface.

Will the color be exactly the same as in the photos?

Since marble is a natural stone, every piece is unique. Veining and shades may vary, which is part of its beauty and authenticity. We always provide photos of available selections upon request.

For items not in stock, the stone selection process takes approximately 4–7 days.
Average production time is 10–12 days, depending on the product type and details.
